How do I troubleshoot connectivity issues

I am connecting to exchange using an account that has been designated as the owner of the room's account. When I test the connection with the Evoko software, everything works fine. When I upload the configuration on the Evoko room manager, it doesn't read the calendar and I can't book the room at the panel. When I login as the facilites person, I can see that the room was "booked" several times. However, those books never showed up on the Evoko nor in Exchange. Do you have further advice on troubleshoot?

Since the Evoko uses the webmail interface, it appears that one needs to login to the webmail system with the room's account. Once the language and timezone are set, the account Evoko should be able to access the system.

We have the same problem at a customer's site. By looking at the Exchange logs I saw that the application on the workstation used Kerberos to authenticate and the Evoko Display used NTLM.
I am logging a ticket for this problem now.

Nothing in TWO years?  Seriously?  This should be a basic question for an Evoko engineer to answer.
